(One M.2 NGFF (2280) or (2242) Solid State Drive and/or One M.2 NGFF (2242) Solid State Drive) or (One 2.5" Solid State Drive or Hard Drive and/or One M.2 NGFF (2242) Solid State Drive) Note: Models that have the secondary M.2 (2280) or (2242) Drive installed do not support the 2.5" Drive due to the M.2 Drive occupying the 2.5" Drive bay. The primary M.2 slot supports M.2 (2242) Drives only and the secondary M.2 slot supports M.2 (2280) and (2242) Drives by moving the SSD mounting bracket to accommodate the form factor. If the 2.5" Drive was not installed from Lenovo in models with no secondary M.2 (2280) or (2242) Drive, you will need the 2.5" Drive caddy p/n 5B40S22094 and cable p/n 5C10S30290 for installation.
